Last week the House Ways and Means Committee met to discuss healthcare reform and Rep. Roskam also quoted the Chief Counsel to the Health and Human Services Inspector General as saying, “Building a Medicare fraud scam is far safer than dealing in crack or dealing in stolen cars, and its far more lucrative.”
