Frohsin Barger & Walthall Recovers $75 Million in Nation’s Largest Hospice Case
Breaking the firm’s previous nationwide record hospice fraud case of $25 million, the team of Frohsin Barger & Walthall recovered the country’s largest hospice fraud settlement for $75 million against Vitas Corp and have since been involved in every major hospice fraud enforcement action.
Frohsin Barger & Walthall Recovers $11.7 Million in Nation’s Largest PPP Fraud Case
Acting as private attorneys general for the United States, Frohsin Barger & Walthall forced Continental Aerospace Technologies Inc. to pay $11,772,680.14 in 2026 to resolve allegations of submitting false claims to obtain an ineligible Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan in the nation’s largest FCA PPP Settlement to-date.
