According to Rural Metro’s SEC filings, the company had net revenue of over $530,000,000 last year, 42% of which was paid by Medicare and 19% of which was paid by Medicaid.  DoJ’s Motion to Partially Intervene comes two days after it was reported that the FBI recently served a search warrant upon Rural Metro’s Louisville, Kentucky office.
