Dynamics Research Corporation Pays $15 Million Over Kickback Conspiracy

The Department of Justice has settled claims against Dynamic Research Corporation (DSC) related to an alleged scheme to steer Air Force contracts in exchange for kickbacks and other financial incentives.  In 2001, DSC principals Paul Argin and Victor Garber pled guilty to related coonspiracy charges.  The civil suit against DSC alleged that after DSC was awarded a prime contract for procurement of computer harware and services related to the Air Force’s Theatre Battle Management Core Systems, Argin and Gaber illegally steered subcontracts to companies in which they were interested and in exchange for illicit kickbacks.
