Denisse and Jose Martinez — who previously pled guilty to one count each of conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud — were sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay over $600,000 in restitution. They will be confined to three years of supervised release after serving their prison terms, says DoJ. FraudBlawg previously reported the Martinez fraud here and here, which resulted in more than a million in false claims to Medicare in less than half a year.
