The U.S. recently joined a qui tam suit against The Kane Company for allegedly underpaying its employees on large Government service contracts and lying about it.  The Government’s Complaint in Intervention echoes former Kane employee Anthony Head’s allegations that the company knowingly filed false claims about the wages and benefits that it paid its employees in violation of the Service Contract Act.
