This was originally posted by FraudBlawg in 2009. Last week, DoJ intervened in a whistleblower lawsuit against KBR, alleging false claims by KBR in Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan.
Federal Times reports that the “vast majority” of fraud allegations related to the Iraq war are against Halliburton’s KBR, who has multi-billion dollar Government war contracts in both Iraq and Afganistan.
