LaTanicia McMillan Rogers and Wayne Rogers were convicted of an $18 million scheme to defraud Medicare. LaTanicia ran Primary Physical Medicine Inc. in Southern Mississippi. Wayne posed as a doctor and trained inexperienced employees for a couple of weeks before sending them into Medicare beneficiaries homes to perform physical therapy that were then billed to Medicare. The couple faces time in prison, as well as up to $1.75 million in fines.
