According to DoJ, Mohammed El-Fallal, has been sentenced for his role in the physical therapy and occupational therapy fraud at Patient Choice Home Healthcare Inc. and All American Home Care Inc. Additionally, El-Fallal will be required to pay $2.8 million in restitution and serve two years of supervised release after his prison term ends. El-Fallal pleaded guilty earlier this year.
