The Office of the President has issued a memo regarding reporting on use of Recovery Act funds.  The reports will be available at www.Recovery.gov.  Recipients of bailout funds are required by Section 1512 of the Recovery Act to issue specific reports that, according to the President’s memo, will answer important questions, such as:

1. Who is receiving Recovery Act dollars and in what amounts?
2. What projects or activities are being funded with Recovery Act dollars?
3. What is the completion status of such projects or activities and what impact have they had on job creation and retention?
